New this Summer SIC Fitness
Join us at SIC Fitness for a 40-minute outdoor workout that blends challenging full-body strength training with a touch of cardio. Our classes cater to every age and fitness level, featuring a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises. Each session is unique, allowing you to work at your own pace. Just bring a mat or towel and plenty of water, and get ready to have fun while getting fit!

About Me
As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor based in PA, where I created a community of women dedicated to fitness and mental well-being! I am so pumped to invite you to help me create another community in Sea Isle City, NJ.
